Milestones in our history
- 1953 – establishment of an independent assembly plant
- 1992 – privatization of a former state-owned enterprise
- 2003 - 100% private ownership
- 2020 - Multicraft Group becomes the majority owner
Following are the land-marks in our development:
- procurement of Demag TC 1200 lattice boom truck crane with lifting capacity of 250 tons in 1974 – an event not having an analogy in the whole Czechoslovak Republic so far
- a lot of deliveries and assemblies of filters in USA and Canada for Redecam company
- large reference construction of a crusher for Metso Minerals company in Norway
- manufacturing and installation of a robotic assembly line for the tire manufacture in Cimcorp company in USA
- manufacturing of the biggest CPT filling machine in history for Doosan Korea
